Whelan wins 1st senior Elite Canada rhythmic gymnastics title

​Carmen Whelan put together four solid routines on the final day of competition at the Elite Canada rhythmic gymnastics meet, claiming her first all-around senior title with a total of 122.100 points in Richmond, B.C., on Sunday.
