Tristan Thompson ends holdout, signs with Cavaliers

​The Cleveland Cavaliers and free-agent power forward Tristan Thompson have agreed in principle on a five-year, $82 million contract, ending his holdout. There's a chance the deal will be finalized Thursday and Thompson can begin practising.
