Skate Canada hires Debra Armstrong as CEO

Debra Armstrong has been appointed chief executive officer of Skate Canada. Armstrong, who joined the sport's national governing body in 2016 as COO, was recently appointed to the nominating committee of the Canadian Olympic Committee.
