Raptors' Valanciunas 'ready to go' for Game 5

Toronto Raptors centre Jonas Valanciunas says he's ready to play again in Game 5 against Cleveland after sitting on the bench for all of Game 4 as coach Dwane Casey figures out how to work him back into the rotation after his return from an ankle injury.
