Raptors sign Canadian forward Kyle Wiltjer

The Toronto Raptors have signed forward Kyle Wiltjer, the team announced Tuesday. Wiltjer, a six-foot-10, 240-pound native of Portland, Ore., who holds dual Canadian and American citizenship, appeared in 14 games for the Houston Rockets last season, totalling 13 points and 10 rebounds over 44 minutes.
