Raptors centre Valanciunas out for Game 1 against Cavaliers

Toronto centre Jonas Valanciunas will miss Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals as he continues to be bothered by an injured right ankle. Valanciunas hasn't played since getting hurt in Game 3 of Toronto's second-round series against Miami.
