Milos Raonic outlasted Pablo Cuevas 7-5, 2-6, 7-6 (5) to advance to the third round of the Monte Carlo Masters on Wednesday, while Novak Djokovic was stunned by Jiri Vesely 6-4, 2-6, 6-4.
