Raonic, Bouchard top Canada's Olympic tennis entries

On the provisional Olympic entry list released by the International Tennis Federation on Thursday, Canada is represented on the men's side by Milos Raonic and Vasek Pospisil, and Eugenie Bouchard and Gabriela Dabrowski on the women's side.
