Rangers sign free-agent centre Jarret Stoll

Troubled NHL forward Jarret Stoll has found a new hockey home, signing a free-agent contract with the New York Rangers after being charged in June with felony cocaine possession stemming from his April 17 arrest at a Las Vegas Strip pool.
