Protestors crash Ryan Lochte's Dancing with the Stars debut

The saga of Ryan Lochte continued Monday night on live television when the embattled U.S. Olympic swimmer's debut on Dancing with the Stars was crashed by two audience members who were arrested for allegedly rushing the stage after Lochte's performance.
