Pitcher Mat Latos will try to latch on with Blue Jays

Veteran pitcher Mat Latos on Thursday signed a minor-league deal with the Blue Jays after compiling a 7-3 record and 4.89 earned-run average last season with the Chicago White Sox and Washington.
