Pirates continue firesale, trade Andrew McCutchen to Giants

The San Francisco Giants acquired Andrew McCutchen from the Pittsburgh Pirates for right-hander Kyle Crick, minor league outfielder Bryan Reynolds and $500,000 US in international signing bonus allocation on Monday.
