Peyton Manning ruled out of Broncos' next game

The Denver Broncos will start backup Brock Osweiler at quarterback Sunday in place of Peyton Manning, head coach Gary Kubiak said Monday. Manning reportedly has a partially torn plantar fascia in his right foot.
