Pan Am Games: Dispatches from the opening ceremony

After taking some time to mourn the death of a beloved raccoon, Toronto is finally ready to welcome the Americas, as the opening ceremony of the Pan Am Games has begun at the Pan Am Dome, also known as the Rogers Centre.
