Maple Leafs pick Auston Matthews 1st overall

The Toronto Maple Leafs selected American forward Auston Matthews with the first overall pick in the NHL Draft. The 19-year-old from Scottsdale, Ariz., spent this past season playing for the ZSC Lions in the Swiss National League.
