MacKinnon earns 3rd track cycling silver medal in Chile

Sean MacKinnon, a 19-year-old Hamilton native, finished second in Friday's points race at the track cycling Pan Am Championships in Santiago. It was the Pan Am Games bronze medallist's third silver medal in as many days.
