IOC chief calls CAS ruling to lift Russian doping ban 'extremely disappointing'

IOC President Thomas Bach has described as "extremely disappointing and surprising" a recent ruling by the Court of Arbitration for Sport that lifted Olympic doping bans for 28 Russian athletes. Bach made the remarks during a press briefing in Pyeongchang on Sunday that the decision shows an "urgent" need to reform the court's internal structure.
