Damian Warner rises to 2nd in decathlon with top hurdles time

It was a second straight successful early-morning for Damian Warner in the Olympic decathlon as the Canadian recorded the fastest time in the 110-metre hurdles, clocking 13.58 seconds Thursday to move into second place after six events.
