Capitals' Devante Smith-Pelly calls racist taunts directed at him 'disgusting'

NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman says the league condemns the behaviour of four male fans chanting a racial taunt against a black player, and backs the Chicago Blackhawks for ejecting the offenders.
