Bruins' Rinaldo ejected for high hit on Couturier

Boston Bruins forward Zac Rinaldo was kicked out of Wednesday night's game against Philadelphia at the end of the first period and assessed a five-minute major penalty for charging and a game misconduct for his high hit on the Flyers' Sean Couturier.
