Brazil cuts security budget ahead of Summer Olympics

Brazil has been upgrading its anti-terror laws and security procedures, even sending its police to other hosting countries to prepare for this summer's Olympic Games. At the same time, though, it just cut its security budget, part of the current upheaval.
