Bo Levi Mitchell, Ernest Jackson named CFL most outstanding player finalists

Calgary Stampeders quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell and Ottawa Redblacks receiver Ernest Jackson are the finalists for the CFL's outstanding player award. Winners for all awards will be announced Nov. 24 in Toronto.
