Blue Jays add pitchers Feldman, Bolsinger, ship out Chavez

The Toronto Blue Jays have acquired pitcher Scott Feldman from the Houston Astros, while trading Jesse Chavez to the Los Angeles Dodgers in exchange for Mike Bolsinger.
