2016 World Cup of Hockey features Canada, U.S. in Group A

The World Cup of Hockey, featuring more than 150 NHL players and eight teams, will begin Sept. 17, 2016. Longtime rivals Canada and the United States are in Group A and will meet on Sept. 20 at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto.
