WPS charges 2 people after dog stolen in armed robbery

Two people have been charged by the Windsor Police Service (WPS) after allegedly stealing a dog during an armed robbery.
The WPS says officers responded to reports of a robbery around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of Ouellette Ave. in the city’s west end. Police say the victim was walking his dog when two suspects exited an approaching vehicle and demanded the man surrender his dog.
