Windsorites hope Ford Fireworks bring cross-border connection

Thousands are expected to line the streets of Windsor, Ont. and Detroit, Mich. to see the 68th annual Ford Fireworks on Monday.But amid cross-border tensions, the shared festivities are taking on a different meaning for some.
