Solidarity Tower 2.0? Dilkens pledges 5,000 more homes if re-elected

Dilkens unveiled the housing plan Wednesday at the former St. Michael's Adult Education School site, where he said he wants to work with labour and other levels of government to create attainable and affordable housing modelled after Windsor's existing Solidarity Towers.
