Man found with stolen Cadillac, methamphetamine, say Windsor police

Windsor police arrested a man after he was spotted with a stolen car in the city’s east end on Wednesday — just two months since his last arrest on a vehicle theft charge.
Blake Carter, 21, of Windsor, faces new charges of possession of stolen property (value exceeding $5,000), possession of stolen property (value under $5,000), possession of suspected methamphetamine, and two counts of breach of probation.
