French immersion's swelling numbers force expansion to 2 new sites

French immersion programs in the city’s core and South Windsor are so bursting at the seams the public school board is adding two new sites to ease the overcrowding.
Beginning this fall French immersion will be offered at Central and Marlborough, English-language elementary schools that are under capacity.
