Essex County OPP identify man who died in County Road 42 crash

Essex County OPP have identified the man who died after crashing into a creek in Lakeshore.
Police said Jean-Guy Paulin, 65, of Lakeshore, died at hospital following the April 22 accident.
Police said the crash happened around 9:25 a.m. on County Roady 42. An eastbound vehicle went out of control, hit a hydro pole and ended up submerged in Big Creek.
Rescued crews pulled one person from the vehicle, but he was pronounced dead at hospital later that day.
