Developer hopes to start $100M project for former GM Trim site this fall

London-based developer Farhi Holdings is hoping to have shovels in the ground this fall on a $100-million project that would transform the 60-acre former GM Trim site from an industrial wasteland into 387 homes, a hotel and commercial space.
