Caldwell First Nation adds 16 more homes in phase 2 development

It’s the second chapter of a homecoming 235 years in the making. Construction begins on Monday for phase two of Caldwell First Nation’s housing development, adding 16 new homes to the reserve in Leamington, Ont.
