Amherstburg spurns provincial program aimed at fixing Ontario's housing slump

Before Friday, councils across Ontario must determine if they want to apply for an $8.8-billion federal-provincial housing grant program that would also require them to cut the fees they charge developers. Not everyone is on board with the program.
