Working group created after thousands took to Guelph streets in 'worst' homecoming weekend

In response to this year's unsanctioned homecoming parties in Guelph, Ont., the university, city, police and Guelph General Hospital have jointly formed a homecoming working group. A joint news release from the four organizations says the group is dedicated to "mitigating risks and reducing the impacts associated with large unsanctioned gatherings."
