Waterloo Region schools open, buses cancelled:Blowing snow advisory remains in effect

Student transportation, including buses and taxis, are cancelled today for Waterloo Region's public and Catholic schools due to concerns blowing snow could make driving conditions hazardous; however, all schools and extended day childcare programs remain open.
