Rohingya student reflects on journey to Waterloo

By the time she was 15, Tasmida Johar and her family had moved from Myanmar to Bangladesh and then to India. She lived in refugee camps, struggled to get an education and even had to change her name. This week, she's graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University. Johar spoke to CBC K-W's Aastha Shetty as part of an ongoing series featuring graduates of Laurier's International Students Overcoming War program.
