Rise of vandalism at Guelph Black Heritage Society prompts daily patrol checks

In a recent rise of vandalism, the Guelph Black Heritage Society has had to do daily checks of its building and property. Some incidents have involved threats, finding feces at the building's entrance, cut phone lines and security camera lines.
