Kitchener's Loren Gabel named top NCAA Division 1 women's hockey player

Forward Loren Gabel of Kitchener, Ont., was named the Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award recipient as top player in NCAA Division I women's hockey on Saturday. The Clarkson University senior scored 34 goals and 63 points this season.
