Candidate asks for recount after losing by 3 votes

A recount is set to take place for a Waterloo regional council seat after the margin came down to just three votes. Incumbent Chantal Huinink defeated challenger Chris Moser, whose campaign requested the recount. The request was supported by a motion from Coun. Mike Harris, which passed unanimously at regional council. CBC K-W’s Diego Pizarro spoke to Eric Davis, the lawyer representing Moser's campaign, about the recount process and what happens next.
