'A lot of fear, there's a lot of anxiety' for staff at Conestoga College as layoffs loom, union reps say

Conestoga College has issued a memo to staff saying some support workers could be laid off in the coming weeks. Two union locals representing those staff members say they're the "foundation" of the college and now is the time to invest, not cut jobs.
