Wine Guy: Summer cellar clean out

With apologies to Odysseus (still haven’t seen the latest blockbuster cinematic version), summer is the time to head off on epic adventures. Whether near or far, and regardless if you choose to heed the Sirens’ calls or not, may summer odysseys bring meaningful quests. Currently following this advice and off on the road — hopefully the path home will be less circuitous. This week, it’s time to play a little catch up with a trio of bottles waiting for their own escapade fr
