Wine Guy: Rollicking Roussanne

It’s time to look askew for a new white wine perspective. The reality is that when it comes to white wines, the majority pretty much sip through the lens of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Sure, maybe some of us dabble in Riesling and Pinot Gris/Grigio, but overall we’re barely dipping into the shallow end of the white wine pool. Roussanne, for example, is a notable (if often overlooked) grape that happens to make a great grilling partner.
