Wine Guy: Grill-ready reds

Woe be the bottles of red this time of year. Admittedly, summer living (as well as summer fare) has me more naturally reaching for white, rosé, or even sparkling wines, and it’s easy to overlook the Merlot and Cabernet given the season’s pace.
Nonetheless, there is a time and place for red wine during July and August. For me, that time is typically when the grill is fired up and food is about to hit the table, because there are certainly a number of grill-ready reds, including
