Whitecaps headed to Sin City

The Whitecaps will play in Las Vegas in 2018, giving Vancouver sports fans the possibility of a super sports week in the desert: the Canucks are playing a week after the Caps.
The Las Vegas Lights, an expansion USL club, is playing a trio of Major League Soccer teams in preseason matches next February.
The Caps will visit Sin City Feb. 17 for an 8 p.m. match at Cashman Field, home of baseball team the Las Vegas 51s. (The Canucks game against the Golden Knights is on Feb. 23.)
