Weekend Poll: Is Vancouver's vacancy tax worth the cost?

This week, Postmedia columnist Dan Fumano wrote about Vancouver’s vacancy tax, the first of its kind in Canada. The tax was introduced in hopes or urging non-residential home owners to rent out their properties or face a 1 per cent tax on the property’s assessed value.
