Vancouver Weather: Rainfall warning in effect

VANCOUVER, B.C. –  After a few sunny days, the rain is set to return on Thursday, with a slight chance of scattered showers in the morning, and a high of 16 C. Periods of heavy rain are expected in the afternoon and increase in intensity overnight, according to Environment Canada.
