Vancouver weather: Rain to start, clouds to cap off the day

VANCOUVER, B.C.: FEB. 27, 2018 – Tuesday’s weather is a bit of a return to the norm, with much of the Lower Mainland waking up to rain, and some snow further inland in the Fraser Valley and out at Whistler.
Showers will end late Tuesday morning and then it will be cloudy for the remainder of the day, with rains to return overnight. Temperatures are expected to remain on the side of positive until the weekend, with high of 8 and a low of plus 4 today.Weather: Vancouver, B.C.
