Vancouver weather: Mostly grey, mostly clouds – at least until Tuesday

VANCOUVER, B.C.: March 18, 2018 – Sunday’s weather is a bit of a far cry from what Vancouver saw leading into the weekend. The day will start off cloudy with about a 60 per cent chance of rain before the sun tries to make an appearance later in the day. Even then, it will still be a mix of rain and cloud.
