Vancouver park board report sees good in dogs on transit

The Vancouver park board may not have any bite when it comes to transit rules, but they’ve still got an interesting bone they’d like to chew on.
A report, the People, Parks & Dogs Strategy — discussed and approved Monday evening by the park board — notes that most dogs, even good boys and girls, aren’t allowed on public transit in the city, but if they were, more dogs would likely be seen in the city’s dog parks.
Dave Hutch, the park board’
