Vancouver Coun. Andrea Reimer won't seek re-election

Andrea Reimer, a four-term councillor at Vancouver City Hall, will not seek re-election next November.
Reimer, who first gained a seat on council in 2008 after a term on the Vancouver school board, made the announcement in a Facebook posting Wednesday. The Vision Vancouver councillor said she hopes some young people with new voices will step up to replace her.
